underestimating importance Time and Efforts...

One day my sister's friend came to our place,she was quite frustrated.her problem was her younger brother was very friendly,extrovert and social..so obviously he has many friends..
His all friends are quite intelligent ..after 12th his most of friends got admission to IITs,regional collage and some good private engineering collage...he wants to accompany them but as he got very less percentage ..he went to a line which he doesn;t preferred and not much of scope..
As elder sister she was feeling bad that her very bright brother cannot able to pull good success in 12th which is called turning point of career for indian student...

Then she did analysis...his friends were pretty smart ones...Everyone used to study whole day and when they got bored, for a change and for getting relax..they used to come his place..
"Arey yaar chal tapri cut marke chai peete hai","Arey yaar 10 minutes ke liye hi aa..ek walk marte hai".."arey yaar katte pe thodi derr gappe marte hai"..chal thodi derr cricket khelte hai..

As they were good friends 10-15 minutes was smaller thing for him...now here is a catch she got..
his friends donot have many friends..for them they are devoting 15-20 minutes for a person was ok...they got relaxed ..freshened up ..went back to study...
he has 10-12 friends...15-20 minutes for each friends cost him near about 200 minutes daily..

i.e 3 hours..20 minutes...continuous breakages in his study module falters his timetable everytime..She said he never understands the importance of time and efforts..

7 years after that..

that day suddenly came to our place in pune...by that she was got married..she told her brother was working in small firm which he doesnot want to work..his most of friends are now well placed ..now he was not in touch with most of them....
his friends was whole and soul for him at that time.. now they r not even in touch..he was bright student..he may have good preferred future if he understood importance of time..
